Plant some late-blooming plants that bees find attractive in your garden. Plants like witch hazel, goldenrod, sedum, asters, etc.
Put some water and some pebbles/twigs into a shallow container where bees can land and grab a drink while they are working hard.

Spiders: Fall is the mating season for spiders so you are going to see more hanging out around and in your home. Generally speaking, female spiders usually stick close to their web while males roam about. However, since both genders are looking to mate, they can both be seen gallivanting around.
